COACHING PROCESS
- Coaching Agreement - determine the type of coaching and sign coaching agreement.
- Assessments - science-based data results providing insights into an individual's strengths, areas for development, and overall performance.
- Goals | Action Plan - develop and align concrete, measurable, outcome-based goals and action plan with defined expectations, commitments and timelines.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
Our executive coaches partner with C-suite executives and other senior leaders that have responsibility to many people, enabling them to maximize both their own and their organization’s performance.
Our executive coaching approach focuses on leadership assessments, goal setting, and action planning between the leader and the coach. As a result, leaders intellectually understand where change would be desirable and how they could move to higher levels of effectiveness through action planning. The coach confidentially reviews with the leader the progress made on the plan, and revises the plan based on these conversations. The coach will work with leader on behavior change and action plan updates to realize positive and lasting results.

HWC Leadership Coaching© is intended for successful leaders who desire to step up their effectiveness, managers who are transitioning into newly appointed leadership roles, and emerging talent who are being groomed for succession. The coach’s role is to help leaders identify the key behavioral changes that will make the biggest positive impact in increasing their leadership effectiveness, and help them see and minimize potential obstacles which may cause them to “derail” or go off the track. This often includes exploring deeply held limiting beliefs and behaviors.
HWC Emerging Leaders Program© is designed for top emerging high potential leaders. Program sessions, activities and projects are designed to develop the strategic and global leadership skills participants need to be leaders of tomorrow as they pursue the role of executive. During the six-month program participants attend two week long face-to-face sessions of MBA style training, participate in 360-assessment and feedback; initiate individual development plans; complete team projects and present the project results to top leadership. Coaching for graduates continues for a year following program completion.
In traditional coaching the coach helps the leader think through the selection of a development goal. The leader’s manager is typically involved. Traditional Coaching usually begins with a 360-feedback or other leadership assessment. An initial action plan is developed and shared with leader’s manager. There are no formal check-ins with raters or stakeholders. Results are measured based on the perception of improvement by the leader and coach, and sometimes the leader’s manager. Coaching engagements are normally six to twelve months in duration, with weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions.
