COACHING PROCESS
- Coaching Agreement - determine the type of coaching and sign coaching agreement.
- Assessments - science-based data results providing insights into an individual's strengths, areas for development, and overall performance.
- Goals | Action Plan - develop and align concrete, measurable, outcome-based goals and action plan with defined expectations, commitments and timelines.
- Implementation - delivery, support, coaching solutions, between session work, commitment and action.
- Measurement - track progress and provide objective data to show what's improving and what still needs work.
- Review - facilitate direction, clarity of action, and key action steps to continue progress achieved.
