From leading as co-founder and managing partner of Harris Whitesell Consulting, to coaching corporate executives and leaders, to successfully leading teams and managing global projects. Lori is passionate about maximizing leadership excellence and business success!

Lori works with global organizations to set and align leadership development, talent management, culture, employee experience, change and business strategies. She believes that aligned strategic vision, guiding principles, and values provide leaders with the foundation and excellence to influence and create lasting, positive change for themselves, their employees, their organizations, their communities and their families. Through executive HR leadership roles in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Training & Development, Lynn has helped create cultures that engage and perform, coached hundreds of teams and leaders, and developed thousands of professionals across the world. Her experiences include setting global HR and talent strategy, building world-class leaders and organizations, identifying and nurturing key talent, assuring succession readiness, optimizing teams, leading change, transitions & transformations – and ultimately maximizing leadership excellence and business results.
