In the four modules, over 12 months, each cohort will meet online in our private RWL™ Hub to explore and discover the intersection between what you love and how you contribute these loves to create value, growth, and opportunity – for yourself, your teams, your company, your family, and your community; how to free yourself and break the hidden behaviors and bad habits sabotaging your career; identify and activate personal growth and engage in content and dialogue that will enhance and build your relationships, network, and impact to be a more effective and confident leader.
RWL™ participants can expect to assess, engage, learn, enhance, and strengthen key women’s leadership competencies that support accelerated growth and success. Key deliverables include: 4-Step Process for Eliminating 12 Habits That Hold Women Back, Enhance Executive Presence and Political Savvy, Create a Personal Love and Work Statement, and Design a Personal Brand Strategy.
Participants will also receive a one-year membership to the HerCsuite™ online network platform for women leaders. The membership includes a personal profile, attendance to member-only events, personalized newsfeed, access to one Hercsuite™ premiere Mastermind Circles, and access to all public affinity circles.
