The Remarkable Women Leaders™ program is based on four development principles: Assess, Learn, Engage, and Thrive.

These virtues nurture critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaboration, and help to build and leverage key strengths and skills for aligning strategy and company philosophy, streamline execution, building strong collaborative relationships, and influence company’s talent to stay, engage, perform, and achieve collective results.

Ultimately, these four principles are fundamental developmental building blocks for growth and achievement. 

ASSESS – Utilizing science-based assessments allows participants to open the door and ignite the opportunity to enhance self-knowledge and become more self-aware. With a deeper understanding of self, participants are better able to optimally align, collaborate, and perform.  

LEARN – Building on willingness, and commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and evolutionary growth, participants can expand their knowledge and skills, cognition, creativity, and become more responsible and resilient in their decision-making and behaviors.   

ENGAGE – Intentionally including key stakeholders in their personal and professional development journey. Engaging themself in the process of exploration, research, data gathering, play, analyzing, and formulation so that there may be best-case scenarios and effective decisions that offer truth, value, and sustained solutions.  

THRIVE – Not a once-then-done. Thriving is riding the waves of change, circumstance, and situations of ambiguity that confront and challenge leaders daily. It is being and become better at work-life integration and experiencing more joy in doing the hard work, which is the good work.  

Remarkable Women Leaders™ are extraordinary communicators, highly resilient and agile, naturally futuristic, strategic, and stand out above the rest. They have self-assurance and deep empathy, and an innate drive to continuously learn, streamline execution, and deliberately influence and activate positive collaboration, lasting change, and purposeful impact. Remarkable women lead themselves, lead others, and lead their organizations well with impeccable commitment, responsibility, courage, humility, discipline, and love. They are effective leaders who know the value of how to maximize excellence!  

Remarkable Women Leaders™ (RWL) program is a customizable annual, private, online women’s leadership development program. HWC offers various bespoke solutions, such as:  Individual Cohort Enrollment, Women’s Employee Resource Group, and Company Workforce Development Program. The most common RWL format is an annual, online leadership development program that consists of four learning modules each with three one-hour sessions (12 total sessions) that include: lecture, individual study, science-backed assessments and questionnaires, group dialogue, polls, worksheets, and world-class leadership competency and skill content. 

Designed as a leadership development accelerator, using an online SaaS-based Learning Management System (LMS), RYW helps successful women leaders further advance their careers and excel as effective leaders with confidence. Participants explore and learn to optimize the intersection between their strengths, preferences, and motivators; strategically define how they uniquely contribute to create value, growth, and opportunity for themselves, their teams, and their organizations; learn to identify and free themselves of the hidden behaviors and bad habits that sabotage their leadership influence and career success; open up to learning new leadership language, models, and techniques to identify and activate personal and leadership growth; and intentionally engage in the individual study and group dialogue that will enhance and build strong relationships and networks.
