While senior business leaders are required to work closely with their own teams, they also need to be ready to work with other leaders within the organization. Whether it’s communicating with upper management or collaborating with a leader from another department to complete a project, teamwork is a major part of any leader’s role.
Before leaders can work closely with other senior leaders from different verticals or departments, they must build mutual trust between them.
