Lori has demonstrated through rigorous assessment and competence the knowledge and proficiency required by ICF by meeting the credential standards and expectation of compliance to the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, and engaging in 125+ hours of coaching training, and over 500+ hours of qualified client-coaching experience since the start of coach training, completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an ICF qualified mentor coach, submission of application, and passing both the knowledge and performance assessments for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.
Lori also holds numerous executive, leadership, and team coaching certifications, as well as Authorized Partnerships, Certifications, and Accreditation in world-class, research-based assessment tools and methodologies to support her Executive, Leader, Team, Career, and Business Coaching expertise. Lori holds both an MBA and BA in Organizational Development and Business Management. She shares her thought leadership by hosting Harris Whitesell Consulting’s Maximize Excellence!© Podcast, as a professional speaker and member of Innovation Women – speaking at conferences and corporate events, and writing for Forbes Coaches Council.
