Employees sometimes feel as if there’s a lack of strong leadership capability among the managers in their organization, especially among middle management. This issue is prevalent across industries because many companies don’t provide sufficient managerial development and training.
If C-suite leaders discover there is a problem with their management team by hearing about it directly from employees, they have a responsibility to give credence to team members’ perceptions and address the issues they raise.
