Wilmington, NC: Lynn Whitesell, Managing Partner, Harris Whitesell Consulting, was a guest speaker at the WILMA Women to Watch Leadership Institute 2020 Cohort Kick-off.
Lynn spoke on the topic: SETTING AND ACHIEVING LEADERSHIP GOALS. Her presentation focused on: setting strategic goals; deciding which goals to pursue; maintaining momentum; staying accountable and on track; achieving goals; building a development culture; and a goal planning guide.
The WILMA’s Leadership Institute gives up-and-coming leaders a unique opportunity to learn from top leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
